Instructions
Step 1
Make pizza dough. Rest until double in size

For white sauce, on medium heat melt butter and add flour, mix for 1 min. Add garlic and salt. Turn off heat and add cheese (add milk if too thick)

Flatten pizza dough and put on baking paper. Circle the dough with mozzarella blocks and cover to create pizza crust. Cut the crust into 24 parts. Twist each part vertically.
Step 4
Create hole on pizza surface with fork. Add white sauce, mozzarella, cheddar slices, mozzarella, oregano
Step 5
Preheat oven 220c. Bake for 15 mins
Step 6
Let cool for 5 mins then cut into 8 parts
