Japanese style mushroom soup

Instructions

Step 1
Sautee minced garlic and onion slices in vegetable oil.
Step 2
Add heaping spoonful of miso paste and sautee.
Step 3
Add 4 glasses of water (approx). Add brown sugar, Oyster sauce, sesame oil, mushrooms. Bring to a boil.
Step 4
Add fish. Bring nearly to a boil. Add 2 heaping spoonfuls of seaweed.
Step 5
Salt to taste. Let simmer for at least 20min.
Step 6
Add soft boiled egg to make it even better.
