Ingredients

1.5 lbsGround beef

1 jarChili Stew Mix

16 ozElbow Macaroni

penne or farfalle pasta

1 lbVelveeta cheese

2 tspgarlic powder

1 tspchili powder

½ cheavy cream

1 cShredded Colby Jack Cheese

Instructions

Step 1

Heat

OvenPreheat

Step 2

Coat a 3 qt baking dish with non-stick spray

Step 3

Cook noodles in billing water

Step 4

Cook ground meat in a large skillet over Med. High heat

Step 5

Heat stew in a 3 qt saucepan over Med. Heat. Add cubed cheese, garlic and chili powder

Step 6

Stir in macaroni, beef and cream; Season to taste and transfer to baking dish.

Step 7

Top w/cheese, bake 15-20 mins until hot
