10 ounceswhite potatoes
170 gramsThai-style vegetable blend
2 teaspoonsvegetable oil
Tex Mex
to taste
Steak Spice

Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 500 degrees
Step 2
Wash potatoes
Step 3
Cube potatoes (about 3/4 inch)
Step 4
Mix oil, spices, potatoes thoroughly
Step 5
Place on lined cookie sheet
Step 6
Bake for 24 minutes, flipping halfway through.
Step 7
Decase sausages and place in a frying pan (non-stick) at medium-high
Step 8
Cook for about 3-4 minutes, breaking up sausage as it cooks, add vegetables
Step 9
Cook with lid on for about 4 more minutes, remove lid and cook juices off for about 2 more minutes
