Instructions
Step 1
chop vegetables to your preference for sautéing. halve cherry tomatoes.
Step 2
Steam broccoli and sauté the rest of the vegetables (except the tomatoes) over medium heat with olive oil
Step 3
when the vegetables are nearly done sautéing, add the tomatoes and turn off heat
Step 4
melt butter in another pan, add garlic for 1 minute, then add cream. bring to a simmer for 5 minutes. add parmesan, salt, and pepper to taste. turn off heat.
Step 5
boil pasta and reserve 1 cup of pasta water
Step 6
turn heat back on low under sauce. add pasta, vegetables, and pasta water if needed for consistency.
