Step 1
1. Cook ground meat, season with S+P and garlic powder
Step 2
2. Mix in 2 cups of pasta sauce with the meat and let simmer

3. Preheat oven to 400 & grease a 9X13 baking dish

4. De-stem and cut zucchinis in half length wise - carve out guts
Step 5
5. Mix in 2 cups of shredded mozzarella and 1/2 cup parmesan to meat and sauce mixture, stir until melted
Step 6
6. Spoon mixture into zucchini boats, sprinkle remaining cheeses on top
Step 7
7. Bake uncovered for 25 min (then switch to broil for a few minutes to brown cheese!)
