Step 1
Soak dry beans over night in plenty of water. Sear ham hawk and veggies then spices. Add vinegar, bouillon, water, hot sauce. Bring to a low boil and reduce heat to low for a minimum of 1 hour to up to 5 hours. Chop and add fresh collards and serve.
