Step 1
Clean your cabbage, carrots, and onion thoroughly. Cut the head of cabbage in half, then shred half into fine pieces and place in a bowl for mixing. Peel and head 2 carrots, shred them into thin strips and place into the bowl for mixing. After peeling the onion use a small grater the grate the onion into the bowl. We like to mix our vegetables together before adding the condiments to make sure it is thoroughly mixed. Sprinkle 1/2 a teaspoon of salt into the bowl, followed by a tablespoon of sugar sprinkled. Again we like to mix these in before adding the mayonnaise. Add 3 generous tablespoons of mayonnaise into the bowl and mix until the it is all the same consistency.
