Instructions
Step 1
Cut Sweet potato & carrots into bite size chunks. Add olive oil, cinnamon, maple syrup, 5 spice, salt and pepper. Bake for around 30 mins
Step 2
Mix tahini, olive oil, miso, maple syrup, cinnamon, salt, pepper, apple cider vinegar and some water.
Step 3
Cut tempeh into triangles. coat in the dressing. Add to a baking sheet along with red onion cut into chunks. Season red onion. Bake for around 20 mins
Step 4
Cook cous cous in stock and lemon
Step 5
Assemble bowl and drizzle rest of the dressing on top
