Step 1
Melt butter in large pan. Cut onions into small pieces. Cook gently till soft. Cut all vegetables into small chunks and add to pan. Steam with lid on gently for 5 minutes. Add tin of tomatoes (Cut up if whole). Add boiling water to about 3/4 pan. Cook for about 20 minutes until all vegetables are cooked but not too soft.
