Instructions

Step 1
Préchauffer le four à 200 °C, sortir une plaque et la recouvrir de papier cuisson. Preheat the oven at 200°C and prepare a baking tray with parchment paper.
Step 2
Laver les aubergines et les couper en 2 dans le sens de la longueur. Wash the aubergines and slice them in half, lenghtwise.
Step 3
Mettre au four (chair contre la plaque) pendant 40 min. Cook, skin against the parchement paper, for 40 minutes.
Step 4
Une fois cuites, évider les aubergines à l’aide d’une cuillère. Once cooked, empty the aubergines with a spoon.
Step 5
Mixer la chair avec les gousses d’ail, le jus de citron, le tahini et l’huile d’olive. Mix the pulp with the garlic cloves, lemon juice, tahini and olive oil.
Step 6
Saler et poivrer à votre convenance et déguster :) Season as you like and enjoy :)
Step 7
Tips: you can add some poppy and sesame seeds on top before serving.
