Instructions
Step 1
First of thinly slice the onions and fry them off in some olive oil and then peel and slice mushrooms before chucking in the pan. As they are cooking shred the chicken making sure to get every piece off then put in pan. Toast paninis (optional) and spread with Mayo then sprinkle parsley over chicken and put in bowl with a lot of Mayo and put in panini. Then enjoy.
