Instructions

Step 1
Lightly toast the bread slices and set aside. In a medium bowl mix to desired consistency the avocado. Add the oil, salt, pepper, and garlic and herb seasoning and mix until combined. Over medium heat, lightly cook the bacon on both sides and place two slices on each piece of toast. Place two slices of tomato over top of the bacon. Top the tomato slices with avocado mixture. In the same pan, lower the heat and add butter or cooking spray. Cook eggs as desired. Divide eggs evenly over each piece of toast on top of the avocado mixture.
