cook rice
Step 2
slice cucumber, set aside
Step 3
mince garlic and thai chili peppers, set aside
Step 4
cube chicken breast (1 in x 3 in), set aside
Step 5
place oil, garlic, and thai chili peppers on medium high heat, wait until fragrant
Step 6
add chicken breast, sprinkle with salt and pepper
Step 7
wait until chicken is cooked on one side, then add sprinkle of sugar and fish sauce
Step 8
flip chicken, raise heat to high
Step 9
sprinkle salt, pepper, sugar, and fish sauce
Step 10
cook until browned, mixing occasionally
Step 11
assemble with rice, cilantro, and cucumber
