Step 1
Cut up salmon into bite size pieces
Step 2
For firecracker sauce mix all ingredients and then add cute up salmon pieces. This is best to marinade for 2- 3 hours.
Step 3
In the meantime make the sweet a spicy mayo by mixing all ingredients in a bowl. Cut up all the veggies. Cucumber into slices, carrots into ribbons and avocado into chunks
Step 4
Cook rice as per instructions. Once rice is nearly cooked prepare a pan to cook your salmon. On medium heat had some oil and cook salmon prices for 2-3 minutes on each side.
Step 5
Once salmon is cooked, assemble your bowl. Start with rice then top with salmon, veggies and top with sweet spicy mayo and sesame seeds.
