Step 1
1Combine the ingredients for the crust and add into a small bowl.

2Whisk together the pudding powder (or starch) and 80ml plant milk until smooth, then add the rest of the milk. Heat up in a pot and keep stirring until you get a pudding consistency.
Step 3
Add the rest of the ingredients and whisk until smooth, then pour into the crust.
Step 4
Chill in the fridge for a few hours or overnight and serve with banana slices on top.
