Instructions
Step 1
Beat eggs until frothy.
Step 2
Add other ingredients and blend.
Step 3
Fry in small pan with rounded edges.
Step 4
Put small amount of oil (about 2 tsp) in the pan, swirl to cover.
Step 5
Add about 1/4 cup of batter and swirl around so batter goes out to the edges.
Step 6
Fry about 1 minute, flip crepe and fry another minute.
Step 7
Serve with fresh strawberries and whipped cream.
Step 8
Can also be served with butter, jam, or syrup.
