Instructions
Step 1
Cut the carrots into small pieces and cook them for 15 minutes
Step 2
Put all the remaining ingredients in a food processor and process all the ingredients together
Step 3
Drain the carrots
Step 4
Once they're cool add to the food processor and process
Step 5
If it's too crumbly add peanut butter. If it's too wet add oats
Step 6
Roll into balls
Step 7
Save in the freezer or fridge
