Toppings:
Instructions
Step 1
1. In a bowl, sift the flour, baking powder, and salt. Give it a whisk then set aside.
Step 2
2. In a blender, combine the milk, granulated sugar, egg, banana, vanilla extract, and oil until a smooth batter forms.
Step 3
3. Pour the batter into the dry ingredients and whisk until well combined
Step 4
4. Lightly grease a non stick pan with cooking spray, butter or oil.
Step 5
5. Place a 4” metal heart shaped cookie cutter in the pan. Make sure to grease it with cooking spray to prevent the batter from sticking. (Cookie cutter linked in my bio)
Step 6
6. Add 1/4 cup of the batter into the cookie cutter and spread it out evenly. Cook for 1 minute over medium heat. (Induction heat 6)
Step 7
7. Once the 1 minute is up, carefully remove the cookie cutter using tongs. Flip the pancake and cook for another minute.
Step 8
8. Repeat the process with the rest of the batter until you run out. Make sure to grease the pan / cookie cutter after every pancake!
Step 9
9. You can serve these with melted chocolate or Nutella! If you’re using Nutella, microwave it for a few seconds before pouring. And top with walnuts / peanuts for a nice crunch :)
Step 10
