Instructions

Step 1
Grease the interior of the slow cooker crock with butter or nonstick cooking spray.
Step 2
Holding each piece of chicken over the crock, season it top and bottom with salt and pepper.
Step 3
Place the chicken into the prepared crock.
Step 4
Cover the chicken with the stuffing mix.
Step 5
In a medium-size bowl, combine the soup, sour cream, and water until smooth.
Step 6
Spread over the stuffing.
Step 7
Place the green beans on the top of the ingredients in the crock.
Step 8
Season to taste with salt and pepper.
Step 9
Cover.
Step 10
Cook on Low 3 to 3 1/2 hours, or until an instant-read meat thermometer stuck into the chicken registers 165°F and the green beans are as tender as you like them.
