Instructions
Step 1
Cook vegan chicken according to their instructions
Step 2
To a small saucepan over medium heat, add the butter. When butter is melted, add flour; whisk until smooth.
Step 3
Add milk, broth, and seasonings.
Step 4
Bring to a boil and continue whisking for 2 minutes, until thickened.

Add sour cream and chicken to gravy, cook until warmed through
