Instructions
Step 1

Add hot water to couscous in a bowl and cover with towel and plate to let couscous absorb water
Step 2

Combine wet couscous and next 8 ingredients to food processor and pulse. Roll into balls and put on parchment and bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes.
Step 3

Add sauce ingredients to skillet. Combine and heat and add meatballs to pan. When done, add coriander.
