Chocolate orange shake ๐Ÿ˜‹ . Iโ€™m trying to diversify our breakfasts, but still have something quick and easy to make. . This is a really simple switch out of blueberries to oranges, with the base recipe being the same ๐Ÿ‘ . ๐Ÿ”น2 x orange peel ๐Ÿ”น3 x oranges (one for topping) ๐Ÿ”น80g protein powder (I spread the love here โžก๏ธ pea, whey, soya, rice ๐Ÿคทโ€โ™€๏ธ) ๐Ÿ”น30g flax seed ๐Ÿ”น300ml water ๐Ÿ”น1 x courgette ๐Ÿ”น1 x banana ๐Ÿ”น20g cocoa ๐Ÿ”น200ml milk (again, I spread the love โžก๏ธ almond, soya, coconut, cashew, rice ๐Ÿคทโ€โ™€๏ธ) . Topped with half an orange, cocoa nibs and 15g of nuts. . I recon some cinnamon wouldnโ€™t go amiss here ๐Ÿค” .
