This is the perfect holiday or special occasion mix and one that makes a really good gift too. Can't take credit for this one, though. It comes from Mandy's Gourmet Salads book. So delicious! :)

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a large bowl, combine the pecans, walnuts, cashews and almonds with the olive oil, rosemary, Cajun seasoning, red pepper flakes, sugar and salt. Mix well until the nuts are evenly coated spread the nuts on a large sheet tray. Bake for 12 minutes, removing the tray from the oven at the halfway point to turn the nuts, until golden brown. Allow to cool room temperature. Place in an airtight container and store in a cool place. These will keep for up to 2 months.
