Cheesy Garlic Bread with Chili Oil drizzled on top. So today I had to give it up to garlic 🧄 and show some love for #nationalgarlicday I use garlic in almost all my savory dishes. It is the best. I made cheesy garlic bread and added some chili oil to it at the end. I wanted to make sure this was packed with flavor. This not your Little Caesar Bread Garlic Bread Ingredients: 2 1/2 cups bread flour 1 Tbsp quick-rise instant yeast 1/2 tsp Himalayan pink salt 1 cup of warm vegetable broth or water 1/2 tsp of wheat gluten (Optional for softer bread) Topping Chili oil to taste 1 tbsp freshly chopped parsley 3 cloves of fresh garlic 3 TBsp cup vegan butter 1 cup of vegan cheese shreds Preheat the oven to 360 degrees. Step 1. Mix vegan butter with fresh garlic. Step 2. Combine instant yeast, vegetable broth, and a pinch of sugar. Step 2. Combine bread flour and salt in a mixing bowl. Mix with a spoon or spatula. Step 2. Knead the dough into a ball shape. Step 3. Coat the baking pan with melted vegan butter and garlic, followed by your dough. Coat your dough with melted vegan butter and cover for 15 minutes. The dough should be flexible enough that you can now create a rectangle shape with the dough in your pan. Cover the pan and let the dough sit for two hours. Step 4. Add butter and garlic to the top of the bread. Bake for 4-5 minutes. Add vegan cheese on top and bake for another 15 - 20 minutes. Or until the bread gets crispy. Step 5. Add chopped fresh parsley and drizzle chili oil on top.
