Instructions

Step 1
Preheat your oven to 325°F and line a baking sheet with a silicone baking mat.
Step 2
Weigh or measure the sourdough discard, melted butter, dried herbs and salt into a baking bowl and mix thoroughly until well combined.
Step 3
Use an off-set spatula to spread the mixture into a thin, even layer on the baking mat.
Step 4
Bake for 5 minutes. Remove from oven and score the crackers. Bake for an additional 6-20 minutes or until the crackers are golden brown. Let cool completely before breaking into squares.
