Instructions
Step 1
Pre-heat the oven to 400F.

Step 2
Spray the inside of the muffin pan with cooking spray. Be sure to spray the sides and bottom well.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the almond flour, sweetener, salt, and baking soda.

Now add in the beaten eggs, vanilla extract and Greek yogurt.
Step 5
Finally, mix in the chocolate chips.
Step 6
Scoop the batter into the muffin cups as evenly as possible.

Step 7
Bake in the oven for 20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.

Step 8
Take a knife and gently go around the edges/sides to loosen your muffins from the pan.
