Pumpkin Spiced Overnight Oats
I am a huge fan of pumpkin spice season. Not because I love PSLs, but because I could eat squash and pumpkins 24/7. So any chance I get to flavor food's with pumpkin, I will.
These overnight oats are perfect for an easy breakfast on the go. They are filled with warming Fall spices that pair greatly with a morning cup of coffee as well. I had this for breakfast on repeat last week and couldn't get enough of it!

Ingredients

1 Tbspchia seeds
¼ cuppumpkin puree
1 cupalmond milk
1 Tbspmaple syrup
1 tsppumpkin pie spice
sauteed apple in cinnamon
optional garnish
Instructions
Step 1
Add all ingredients to a jar and shake it to combine. Refrigerate overnight and eat for breakfast.
