Instructions

Step 1
Begin by dicing your kimchi into small pieces.

On medium heat, add oil and stir-fry your kimchi. Add a 1/2 Tbsp of sugar and 1 Tbsp of soy sauce. Drizzle 1 Tbsp of sesame oil at the end.

In a bowl, whisk 2 eggs. Season with salt+pepper.

On a new pan, add your eggs and fold 3 times until you get a roll.
Step 5
Open your tuna can and drain the oil. Add the tuna into a bowl. Squeeze 2 Tbsp of mayo, and season with a bit of salt + pepper. Mix.

Slice 1/2 avocado and slice into strips.

Next, season your warmed up cooked rice with sesame oil and sesame seeds. Mix. Let it cool down slightly before making your nori.
Step 8
Place a nori sheet on a flat surface. Then place rice, stir-fried kimchi, avo strips, tuna paste and egg. Roll gently.
