Instructions
Step 1
Start by dicing your kimchi into small pieces.

Step 2
On medium heat, drizzle oil and cook your kimchi for 1 minute.
Step 3
Add chili flakes, sugar and soy sauce and mix well.

Turn off heat and transfer into a bowl.
Step 5
On top of kimchi mixture, add your cooked rice, sesame oil and mix.


Step 6
In another bowl, add tuna, mayo, pepper and mix.


Step 7
Assemble and make rice balls! Get handful of rice, make space in the middle, add tuna mixture and close with rice.
Step 8
Turn on your pan to medium heat. Place your rice balls to cook on each side for 2-3 mins.
