Step 1
Mix lime juice, sugar, fish sauce, water, cold and garlic until sugar is dissolved. Chill.
Meat balls
Step 2
Mix pork, salt, pepper, sugar, shallots, spring onions, and garlic in a bowl.
Step 3
Roll into small meatballs, flatten slightly and chase grill or pan fry for 4 minutes on each side.
