2 lbsbeef strips

minced garlic

green pepper

red onion

adobo
seasoning, black pepper, onion powder, cayenne pepper salt, garlic powder, paprika, oregano, creole seasoning, maggie seasoning sauce

sofrito
onions , tomatoes , garlic , green / red pepper , bouillon cube , black pepper , cilantro , lime

1 tspsugar

olive oil

2 cupswater

1 tspcorn starch
Instructions
Step 1
Wash your beef strips with vinegar and lime. Add in your seasonings, sofrito and minced garlic. let it marinade for at least 2 hours.
Step 2
Once beef strips are done marinating you will heat the stove to medium and add in olive oil and sugar to the pot. Once sugar is caramelized you will add your strips. Once they have browned you will Add in 1-2 cups of the leftover water/seasoning mixture and simmer on low for 25 minutes.
Step 3
Once the strips are cooked through, you will then add peppers and onions. Stir the mixture well, close the lid, lower the heat to medium low and cook for another 10 min. (I like to add a little bit of corn starch and stir until sauce is thickened)
Step 4
4. Serve with mashed potatoes, asparagus and corn 🤎
