Instructions

Step 1
Whisk together milk, sugar and yeast till frothy.
Step 2
Mix flour, salt together then add in your milk and melted butter.
Step 3
Knead for 5 min.
Step 4
Cover for 2 hours.
Step 5
Roll out with 1/2 cup four to about 1 inch thick and punch out into circles.
Step 6
Cover in corn meal and allow to rest another 30 min with a warm towel on top.
Step 7
Cook in a pan with butter on both sides.
Step 8
Cut muffins in half, toast them and enjoy with butter or jam.
