Instructions

Step 1
Seasoned pork with half of the salt and pepper heat oil in a large Skillet over medium-high add pork chops and Simmer until well browned on both sides about 4 minutes per side and transfer to a plate
Step 2
Add onions to the same pan and cook until beginning to Brown about 4 minutes. Add garlic and cook 1 minute. Stir in tomato sugar butter cream and remaining salt. Return pork and any juices to the pan. Reduce heat to medium-low and cook covered until pork chop reaches and internal temperature of 160 degrees Fahrenheit about 20 minutes sprinkle with parsley.
