Instructions
Step 1
In a big pan, put oil, then add 3/4 of the meat. Season the meat (garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, season all). Fry till not pink anymore, then add potatoes. Cook and brown together till done. Towards the end of cooking, if you want to, add chopped scallion.
While that is cooking, in another pan, put oil. Cook the 1/4 of the rest of the meat and onions. Season. Once they are cooked and start to brown, add green chile. Brown for a little bit longer. Add garlic. Then add tomatoes, broth, and 1 can of water. Simmer for about 10 minutes.
