Instructions
Step 1
In a mixing bowl add soy milk, just egg, vanilla extract, cinnamon and sugar then whisk until combined.
Step 2
Slice 2 croissants in half and soak in batter for a few seconds on each side then cook in a pan with vegan butter until colored and crispy.
Step 3
Stack the croissants then add your favorite toppings and maple syrup. Enjoy!
