Instructions
Step 1
Mix all ingredients except optional Black Tea.
Step 2
Add 1 tablespoon of mix to 1 cup of water (or a little more mix if you like it stronger).
Step 3
Simmer mix just under a boil for 10-15 mins/can go longer if you want for stronger brew)
Step 4
Add 1 tsp black tea (if you want caffeinated version) and steep for an additional 3-5 mins.
Step 5
Add milk or milk substitute (we recommend 1/4-1/3 by volume). Sweeten with maple syrup.
