Quick easy sour dough bread with unfed starter and using a breadmaker

Instructions

Step 1
Add all ingredients to breadmaker on dough setting. Allow to double in size (I do mine overnight)
Step 2
Shape and put in bread tin or shaping basket leave in fridge till ready to bake.
Step 3
Bake 220c fan bake for around an hour. I do mine in a metal roasting pan and remove the lid with 20mins to go.
