This is an easy salad for lunch and to take with you to work. Skip the bread lunch and go with this instead to lower your carb intake. To feel healthy and thrive.

Instructions
Step 1
Bake the bacon and crumble after cooled down


Step 2
Boil the eggs hard and cut after they cooled down

Step 3
Chop the celery and the onion


Step 4
Mix the yogurt with the mayonaise and stir in the mustard into a dressing

Combine the bacon, eggs, celery and onion onto your plate

Stir in the dressing



Step 7
Sprinkle some chopped chives and crumbled walnuts on top

Add salt and pepper to taste and enjoy!
