Pistachio milk cake
Pistachio milk cake
5 egg white and 150g sugar in a bowl ( mix until fluffy)
5 egg yolks + 50g sugar in separate bowl and mix until combined.
Then add 25g ground pistachio, mix again
Then add 180g self raising flour + 1/4 tsp salt + 75 ml milk.
Fold egg whites in ( slowly do not mix fast)
Bake 35mins at 170/150 C fan
Milk :
250 ml whole (a little bit taken out of this, +1/8th tsp of green food colour, add slowly bit by bit )
300 ml evaporated
300 ml condensed
25g ground pistachio
For other flavours either mix in Nutella / biscoff into milk or just add the spread on top with crumbs or chunks
325 ml whole milk
390 ml evaporated
390 ml condensed
32.5g ground pistachio
