Instructions

Step 1
Clean/wash the mussels thoroughly and then let them dry or use a paper towel to dry them off. Mix mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce and sriracha together. Add a spoonful of the sauce over the mussels and sprinkle on masago. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes and broil for 2 minutes. Top with more masago and green onions.
