Step 1
Score chicken wings with three lines like you would tandoori chicken, then add marinade ingredients together (chili powder - juice of half lime) to 2-3 lbs of chicken wings
Step 2
Marinate chicken for 4 hours or overnight
Step 3
Hit a wire rack with nonstick spray, then add wings. Bake chicken wings at 400° for 30 min, flipping every 10 min then broil for 3 min
Step 4
Make chutney dip by adding yogurt, chutney, and lime juice together. Then refrigerate
Step 5
Thinly slice some red onion and add sumac/lime juice
Step 6
Top wings with red onion and chopped cilantro, enjoy!
