16 ozfarfalle pasta

8hatch peppers
chopped

32 ozheavy whipping cream

1 stickbutter

0.5 stickbutter

6 ozgrated parmesan cheese
Toppings
Instructions
Step 1
You only need two pots. In pot one, cook the pasta.
Step 2
In pot two, brown the sausage. Remove. Cook the chicken. (I salted and peppered the chicken and cooked it in the sausage droppings, bacon grease, and 2 tbsp butter, though it can be cooked in any way chosen.) Set aside cooked chicken and slice thin.
Step 3
In pot two, after removing chicken, wipe pan clean. Then, make Alfredo sauce by sautéing hatch peppers in 1/2 stick butter until soft. Salt peppers. Add 1 stick butter. When melted, add heavy cream. When warmed, add Parmesan. Once melted and sauce is warm, it’s ready to serve.
Step 4
Serve pasta by adding bowties and tossing with hatch Alfredo sauce. Then, add choice of toppings.
