Instructions

Step 1
Heat a little olive oil on the skillet
Step 2
Add Baby Bell, Zhucchini, Squash to the skillet
Step 3
Fry till the veggies begin to soften and add 1 table spoon of tamari, continue sataying for a few minutes
Step 4
Add the just cooked buckwheat and mix well, add another table spoon of tamari and continue to satay for 5minutes.
Step 5
Serve.
