Instructions

Step 1
Small dice 2 crunchy gala apples, small slice the spring onions and add to a bowl.
Step 2
Add lime juice from one lime or 1/4 cup
Step 3
Add a pinch of cayenne, garlic powder, salt and pepper to taste

Add 1/4 cotija cheese
Step 5
Mix well and taste with a nice bag of crunchy tortilla chips!
