Step 1
Boil the buckwheat in water until cooked - this shouldn't take long if you have already soaked them. If you haven't soaked them, cook for longer.
Step 2
Once finished cooking, strain off the water and put back on the stove with coconut milk, walnuts, cinnamon & salt.
Step 3
Top with bananas.
