Instructions
Step 1
Infuse saffron threads: pour hot water into a glass, cover with sm. plate. Let saffron infuse until we will prepare the rest of recipe.
Step 2
Put â…“ butter and melt in pan.
Step 3
Add chopped onions & cook (1-2 min.)
Step 4
Add one ladle of vegetable broth. When broth evaporates, add rice.
Step 5
Stir & fry rice (30 sec.)
Step 6
Add one ladle of vegetable/meat broth. and rice stir continuously until the rice will absorb all the broth. Add wine & let it evaporate well.
Step 7
Repeat previous step until rice is almost ready (about 5-6 times / 15 min.).
Step 8
Add saffron infusion together with pistils.
Step 9
Add remaining butter; stir until it melts completely & turn off heat.
Step 10
Add Parmesan cheese; mix all ingredients well.
