Instructions
Step 1
Start water for the noodles.
Step 2
Brown chicken for 4 minutes on each side in one tsp of olive oil. Season with lemon pepper, garlic and lemon juice.
Step 3
Set chicken aside, keep warm.
Step 4
Add 1 1/2 tbsp olive oil to the pan and fry asparagus for 4 minutes. Add garlic, salt and pepper and cook 1 more minute.
Step 5
Drain noodles (retain 1 Cup of noodle water). Add chicken, asparagus and 1 Cup parmesan to the noodles. Mix.
Step 6
Add noodles water to desired consistency.
