Instructions

Step 1
1. Grease 9 x 9 baking dish. 2. Cook the hamburger, sausage and pork. Shred the cooked meat in the food processor if you do not care for large clumps of meat. 3. Make the 15-minute tomato sauce. 4. Add the meat to the sauce. Keep warm while working on the lasagna. 5. Use 3 tortillas for each layer to substitute for noodles. I cut my first one in four and laid the square corner in each corner of the pan. The second tortilla I cut in half and laid the round edge toward the side leaving the middle section open. The third tortilla I sliced a thick noodle out of the center. The two side scraps I used to fill in the rest of the center section. 6. I found it easier to spread the ricotta cheese next on the ‘noodles’. When I tried to spread the ricotta on top of the sauce it just moved the sauce around. 7. Spread about 1 c mozzarella cheese over the top. 8. Spread about 1 c Parmesan cheese over the top. 9. Repeat steps 3-8 again. 10. Bake at 350 cover for 15 min. Uncover and bake an additional 15 min.
