Step 1
Clean the peppers and slice them as big as you wish.






Step 2
Mix the oil and the spices in a small bowl.








Step 3
Brush the peppers with the marinade on both sides and then ease them down in a casserole dish.
Cover the casserole dish with some plastic wrap and put it into the fridge for one hour.






Step 4
Warm up your grill and start cooking your peppers. If some marinade is left, you can use it to brush the vegetables on the grill.
